We aim to dispatch within 24 hours, but made to order, special order and out of stock items will take a little longer. If items are required for a specific date please ensure this is added as a message to your order.
Please check the items in your package against those shown on your invoice as we can only accept claims for discrepancies within 7 days of the invoice date shown.
Current inland P&P rates are as follows, and based on order value
Up to £10.00 £2.90 inc VAT (£2.42 plus VAT)
From £10.01 to £35.00 £3.95 inc VAT (£3.29 plus VAT)
From £35.01 to £100.00 £7.08 inc VAT (£5.90 plus VAT)
From £100.01 FREE
You may return most new, unopened items within 21 days of delivery. You will need to pay the cost of returning the item to us, although we'll refund the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
However, in line with general wholesale and business to business transactions, we reserve the right to make a restocking charge in cases other than faulty or incorrect items being returned.
Generally a credit note will be raised for you to use against future orders.
Items you can't return
Unfortunately there are some items which cannot be returned. These include tights and other similar items of a personal nature, hats, wigs and all personalised items or items made in a colour or size which is not normally stocked. If you are any doubt, and to avoid disappointment or misunderstanding, please contact us if you are unsure as to whether the item can be returned.
We can post to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Therefore, you may need to wait for us to contact you to advise on your options before you can complete your order.
